The Italian luxury fashion house, founded in 1994 in Milan by Consuelo Castiglioni, is now owned by the investment group OTB, which also holds major brands. With MARNI, it has established over 380 locations worldwide, including three new stores in China.
The brand, which in addition to designing, producing, and marketing footwear also extends to apparel, has become known for an innovative and creative approach in its collections, gaining increasing popularity in the international high-fashion market.
For the European winter, it surprised with its new footwear offerings, notably featuring the striking line of shoes and booties with a rounded "ball" toe-end. These designs are decidedly retro, showcasing a bold "clownish" shape expressed in the unique form of the toe-end, creating a highly disruptive look.
The models are crafted from high-quality leather with glossy finishes, long laces, and rubber soles with a driver-style outsoles. The uppers are sleek, featuring a longitudinal stitched strip down the center. In the booties, the shafts are fitted around the ankle and leg.
