An overview of the color palette proposed by the great international fashion brands and the Pantone Institute for the coming Autumn-Winter, reflects an extensive range of very versatile, revitalizing, energetic and optimistic colors, strongly inspired by nature.
As a whole, they denote a greater openness due to the color and more luminosity than in previous winters, ranging from pastel and light options, to saturated and deep.
Although it is observed in the composition of the new tonalities, the presence of red and yellow pigments, as in the case of fuchsia, magenta and pink, also affect the browns and earths that turn into rust, terracotta and beer.
Very close to this trend, beiges have the best forecasts, as clearer and more neutral alternatives, which are synonymous with serenity, freshness and sophistication. This is how straw, sand, vanilla, ocher and chestnut beiges appear, which are very functional and elegant as single or combined tones.
Although Pantone's strong “Illuminating” yellow and “Alert” red were intensely proposed on the catwalks, their presence on the streets has yet to be confirmed.
Different is the case of the neutral blue "Spring Lake", olive green "Olive Branch" and teal "Leprechaun" that have greater visibility in the urban environment.
Finally, within the intense blues, of marine origin, Ibiza and Mykonos stand out, which in their light versions give rise to a calm and ethereal range of light blue. As well as the exclusive deep purple “Rhodonite” and the “Ultimate” gray, a reliable and elegant tone that transmits solidity and security.
