An exclusive cushioning system for high intensity exercises located on the sole is made up of two air capsules that attenuate the impact and generate an immediate rebound. A plate that runs from the heel to the sole helps to bring the foot forward in a position suitable for vertical movements. The space between the heel and the sole allows the natural flexion of the foot.
