AREZZO will be exclusive licensee of VANS in Brazil

The renowned Brazilian brand that owns the AREZZO, SCHUTZ, ANACAPRI, ALEXANDRE BIRMAN, FIEVER and ALME brands signed a contract with the US corporation VF, which in addition to VANS controls among others, the NORTH FACE, TIMBERLAND and WRANGLER brands.

By the agreement, AREZZO will have the exclusive license and distribution of VANS throughout Brazil, and will be responsible for the management of suppliers, logistics, franchising, e-commerce and expansion of points of sale.

The contract is valid for five years, with an option for two more. AREZZO must invest 12 million dollars in the acquisition of stock and in the opening of four outlets in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasilia.
