BOTTERO recycles 60 tons of waste per month

The shoe manufacturer of Parobé/RS, with 14 industrial plants in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, has started with an ambitious sustainability program in its different production areas. Through a set of own actions and in collaboration with other companies, the objective is to achieve 100% reuse of the materials and components used in the manufacture of footwear. With the recycling of the current 60 tons, the waste is transformed into sustainable insoles, material for fuels and fertilizers.
