The EVA injectors with servo motor with 6, 8 and 10 stations, and the presses for two-tone EVA, also with 6, 8 and 10 stations.
Productions include soles for footwear, sandals, slides, flip flops, shoes, etc.
Along with the machines, a large stock of peripherals is offered (mills, coolers, mixers, dispensers, etc.) that complement manufacturing.
With the purpose of providing a comprehensive service, which begins with the joint evaluation of the project with the client, prior technical advice and the sale of machines, CABBONLINE also provides specialized die-stamping, carried out by professional experts, which includes design, scale modeling, development and set up.
Among the most required molds are those of air blowing system, which allow to obtain products up to 35% lighter, with greater energy savings.
