FORUS will distribute UNDER ARMOR

The company FORUS S.A. reported at the end of 2020, that through a contract signed with UA Chile SpA, a Chilean subsidiary of UNDER ARMOR Inc., it will act as the exclusive distributor of UNDER ARMOR brand clothing and footwear throughout the national territory.

In addition, the company will develop e-commerce for the aforementioned brand in Chile, through the site www.underarmour.cl and other websites that they agree to install in the future. Meanwhile, the Chilean company acquired the inventory and fixed assets owned by UA Chile in the country, for a price higher than US $ 19 million.

The company linked to the Sweet family took control of the UNDER ARMOR business in Chile, both in its own stores, as distributors, e-commerce and other points of sale.
