In 2020, during a time of uncertainty, KILLING anticipated and chose to maintain emotional control of leaders and expand the level of communication. “We started having weekly virtual meetings with our internal and external team, some 200 representatives and technicians. We also had a closer relationship with customers, which allowed us to have a more precise view of the 23 target markets we work with. Adapting to the "new normal" even in May, the company estimated the brief resumption of the market and began planning the provision of raw materials and the return of factory capacity. “In August, when the market began to improve, we were supplied with raw materials, high stocks of ready-made products and the manufacturing capacity reestablished, so we rode the growing wave of the market, with successive sales records. Ending 2020 with a growth of 13.3% ”, highlighted Pinheiro.
Thinking about 2021, the marketing manager says that they identified the need to modernize the physical and informational structure. So they planned to implement a new management system, which took place in January, which will work with new technologies such as artificial intelligence, bots, deep learning and other digital processes. Expectations for the rest of the year are optimistic.
