LARROUDÉ hires more staff and increases production
After leasing the factory previously owned by Paquetá The Shoe Company in Sapiranga, RS, marking its second production unit in Brazil, the New York-based luxury women's footwear label, founded in 2020 by the Brazilian couple Marina and Ricardo Larroudé, has drawn up an ambitious program to increase its footwear production by between 50 and 100% per year.
To achieve this, the company has opened a hiring process for 200 new positions in its Vale dos Sinos industrial plants.
The founders' experience in the U.S. market has enabled them to establish contacts and agreements, leading to higher international demand for their footwear, with modern and elegant designs, which captured the taste of many celebrities, such as Taylor Swift.
