The Spanish footwear and apparel brand BIMBA and LOLA, currently very much in vogue in the European market, continues with its expansion plan in Latin America.
Through an alliance with the Peruvian company Comercializadora La Plata, they will install a new point of sale in one of the main shopping centers in Lima, Jockey Plaza. The company has a presence in 17 countries, and 30% of total sales come from outside of Spain. Its annual turnover exceeds US $ 200 million.
For its part, TONI PONS, the famous Spanish espadrille brand, has opened its second store in the Centro Comercial Santafé in Medellín, Colombia, in addition to that of Barranquilla, which opened at the end of 2019. The firm currently has 14 stores in Spain, 4 in Mexico, 1 in Malaysia and 5 in Saudi Arabia, among own stores and franchises.
