Taking advantage of the change in habits that occurred during the pandemic, where sales of traditional footwear fell more than 30% and the segment of casual sports products took strength, the American brand SKECHERS reinitiated its expansion plan in the Colombian market.
The first stage was the remodeling of its point of sale in the Centro Mayor de Bogotá shopping complex, which responds to an expansion of 29 m2; then the opening of a store will continue on Calle 82 in Bogotá; another in the Chipichape Shopping Center in Cali, and finally it will enable its third location in the Fabricato Shopping Center in Medellín.
To update the assortment, the Centro Mayor de Bogotá will receive 5,300 pairs of shoes from the new collections and trend designs by London artist James Goldcrown, creator of the emblematic Love Wall icon.
