TECNOGI of Italy definitively acquired SIPOL S.p.A

The Novara company, with 40 years of experience and leader in the production of technical fabrics for footwear (toe caps, counters and assembly materials) has completed the total purchase of the SIPOL share package, the company dedicated to the formulation and polymerization of copolyesters and copolyamides for the manufacture of hot melt adhesives, high performance technopolymers, and biopolymers.

The TECNOGI group based in Borgolavezzaro obtained a consolidated turnover of 61 million euros in 2018, which after the new acquisition will increase to 86 million.

In addition to TECNOGIPLAST, the production unit of Borgolavezzaro, it owns the TECNOGI JASMINE manufacturing plant in Hang Zhou, China and the TECNOGI INDIA PVT LTD holding company in India.
