EXICAL: remains as a business point at the interior of the country

The footwear fair in Córdoba developed for retailers to make the first seasonal purchases.

5 days after EFICA (the footwear fair in Buenos Aires), the similar event was held in Córdoba, EXICAL, with the participation of manufacturers from all over the country. Mostly from Buenos Aires -capital and state-, from Santa Fe and Córdoba states.

More than 180 producers of footwear and leather goods received buyers from different regions of the country, especially from the central and northern provinces of the national territory.

The new Spring-Summer collections of different lines of women, men and children's shoes were exhibited.

As Buenos Aires fair, the rhythm of purchases was contained in response to the current market conditions, where the decline in consumption caused buyers to take their precautions.

However, some exhibitors reported a good sales flow, while in other cases the results were mixed, in relation to the type of product, quality, price and service.

Lot of expectation generates the Cordoba fair for manufacturers, based on attend buyers who did not visit EFICA in Buenos Aires. Mainly the footwear producers in Buenos Aires -capital and state- that participate in large number in EXICAL to increase their sales.

The factories of Córdoba, Santa Fe and other provinces operate mostly with customers from the interior, with whom they maintain direct and permanent contacts.

The favorable thing about the event in Córdoba is its central geographical position, which places it equidistant from the main population points of the country, facilitating the access of visitors from remote places.
