Another fair canceled: EXPO RIVA SCHUH in Italy

The Italian shoe fair, together with the exhibition of bags and accessories -GARDABAGS- that are held in Riva del Garda, 180 kms. northeast of Milan implement new measures to the advance of the Coronavirus.

According to the announcement made by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi, the Summer edition of EXPO RIVA SCHUH and GARDABAGS was canceled, rejecting its implementation on the established date, that is, between June 13th and 16th, 2020. The measure was ordered by the board of directors from the event organizing company, which, in front of health crisis, does not consider relevant to perform the fairs.

In this sense, the organization seeks strategies and operational guidelines that face the organizational and economic consequences of canceling the event. These decisions will be communicated in the coming weeks.

The Winter edition scheduled for next January, could be held later this year. For this, an inquiry is taking place between visitors, exhibitors and other stakeholders.
