Although with fewer exhibitors than in previous editions, due to the economic crisis that the country is going through, and due to the logical uncertainty generated by the next change of government, the event ended in general, with positive results for the participants.
According to the opinions of the organizers, among the visitors, the main local manufacturers met, accompanied by numerous colleagues from Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile and Peru.
The exhibitors were considered satisfied by the contacts and sales made, underlining the existing positive expectations regarding the future of the sector. Although there are coincidences on the current decline in industrial activity due to the recession, new hopes for recovery have been opened in the medium term.
Hard political and economic negotiations of the next government are awaited, before the internal and external front, to create conditions of stability that allow normalization of consumption and productivity.
With this perspective, industrialists and entrepreneurs renewed the confidence that in the medium term the sector will recover and return to better growth rates.
According to the organizers' estimates, the number of assistants during the three days was close to 1,800 people.
