From May 14th to 16th, the traditional exhibition of Argentine suppliers will take place in Costa Salguero, Buenos Aires. There will be 116 stands occupied by 55 companies specializing in leather, synthetic materials, textiles, soles, components and accessories, machinery and equipment, as well as various supplies and services for footwear and manufactured goods production.
The range of offerings will be geared towards the Spring-Summer 2024/25 season, where visitors can learn about the latest fashion trends and technologies to plan their upcoming collections.
Despite the unique situation created by the political and economic changes implemented by the current government, which influence overall activity, the footwear sector is trying to adapt to a new reality that ensures its continuity.
In this regard, amid a strong consumption recession, industrialists are adjusting their production structures and implementing new strategies to participate in a highly competitive market.
In this case, the supplier fair is the appropriate environment where participants can perceive the sector's evolution and make their own projections. There is a need for the exchange of ideas and to learn about new proposals that will sustain the activity.
In this context, a good number of local visitors and those from neighboring countries are expected to arrive, gaining access to the various innovations exhibited in the stands occupied by Argentina's most recognized suppliers.
