EXPOCALZADO: The largest in Central America
The 32nd edition of EXPOCALZADO GUATEMALA took place in early August at the Grand Tikal Futura Hotel in Guatemala City, organized by the Union of Footwear Manufacturers and Related Products (GRECALZA).
On this occasion, the Guatemalan trade fair brought together 72 exhibitors across 138 stands, drawing an audience of over 2,000 attendees, including the general public, industry professionals, and businesspeople from both domestic and international markets.
The national and international exhibition offer included women's, men's and children's shoes in all their lines, including sports and industrial footwear. The supplier sector presented offerings in leather, synthetic materials, soles, lasts, adhesives, technology, and machinery for the industry.
In addition, the showcase of the latest trends was complemented by a program of 15 conferences, with Mexican speakers. Topics included artificial intelligence, business, adhesion systems, and last-making techniques.
EXPOCALZADO GUATEMALA is a joint initiative by GRECALZA and the Chamber of Industry of Guatemala (CIG).
