SPAIN: FUTURMODA receives support to attract more international buyers
FUTURMODA, the leading fair for footwear components and machinery, will celebrate its 50th edition on October 18th and 19th, marking a historic milestone. In an effort to strengthen its international reach and attract companies from around the world, FUTURMODA has entered into a strategic collaboration with the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE International).
This entity, dedicated to promoting business growth and internationalization of companies in the Valencian Community, has taken on the task of promoting the FUTURMODA fair in various key countries. Thanks to this collaboration, more than a dozen internationally renowned companies have expressed interest in visiting the fair.
These visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and novelties for the Autumn-Winter 2024-2025 season, as well as eco-friendly components and materials, which will once again be presented in the FUTURMODA GREEN PLANET area.
The importance of this collaboration lies in IVACE Internacional committing to finance the accommodation and flights of these interested companies, with the aim of facilitating their participation in FUTURMODA. "This gesture of support demonstrates IVACE International's commitment to boosting the footwear and components industry in the Valencian Community, as well as its willingness to attract international investors and buyers to the fair", according to the fair organization's statement.
The success of this initiative is reflected in the growing participation of foreign companies seeking to take advantage of the excellence and innovation offered by FUTURMODA. The fair has become an essential meeting point for the global footwear industry.
Furthermore, FUTURMODA is actively working on reverse trade missions that seek to further internationalize the fair and promote collaboration between companies in the Valencian Community and international partners. This strategic approach strengthens FUTURMODA's position as a crucial event in the footwear industry calendar.
The supplier event is an internationally oriented fair and one of the top three in Europe. It gathers more than 300 exhibitors from countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, China and Turkey, and will take place on October 18th and 19th at FIRA ALACANT (IFA), Alicante, Spain.
