The 32nd edition of INSPIRAMAIS, the leading event for launches of materials, components, and accessories for the footwear, apparel, automotive upholstery, furniture, and costume jewelry industries in Latin America, will welcome 35 international groups. This initiative is part of the Buyer Project, carried out under the scope of Brazilian Materials -an export support program for the components sector promoted by the Brazilian Association of Companies of Components for Leather, Footwear and Manufactured Goods (Assintecal) in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion (ApexBrasil)-. INSPIRAMAIS will take place on July 15 and 16 at the Pro Magno Events Center in São Paulo/SP, with more than 150 Brazilian exhibitors present.
Assintecal’s International Market Manager, Luiz Ribas Júnior, explained that, together, these groups produce more than 800,000 pairs per month, in addition to leather and manufactured goods. “They are companies from Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Portugal, and Guatemala, selected for their business potential,” he said. Expectations are high. Business deals during the two-day event are expected to exceed US$ 9 million. “These international companies are looking for innovative and sustainable materials to supply their businesses. We have all these differentials in INSPIRAMAIS," he added.
