INSPIRAMAIS in Porto Alegre, anticipates fashion for footwear and manufactures
Within the new strategy planned by ASSINTECAL -the association of Brazilian suppliers of materials, components and supplies-, for INSPIRAMAIS, the event dedicated to fashion, the president of the organizing entity Gerson Berwanger left interesting considerations on its contents and operation.
A. The first edition of INSPIRAMAIS in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul will follow the same formula that has already established the show as the main event for the launch of materials and supplies for the footwear and manufactures, clothing, furniture and costume jewelry sectors. In this edition, the highlight will be for the Sustainability and Innovation present in the more than 1,000 materials that will be exhibited at the opportunity. In total there will be 110 exhibitors, with an estimate to receive a qualified audience of more than 7,000 people. The Buyer Project, promoted by the By Brasil Components and Chemicals program, carried out by ASSINTECAL in alliance with APEX-Brasil, will also bring 50 international buyers from 10 countries (Argentina, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Portugal, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, India, United Kingdom, Paraguay and El Salvador).
In order to improve international diffusion, in addition to material launches, INSPIRAMAIS will have a qualified and comprehensive content program, with more than 10 conferences on fashion, trends in different materials, sustainability and innovation. The new fairground has more than 10,000 square meters and is located just over 10 km. from Porto Alegre/RS airport.
A. In Brazil, vaccination against Covid-19 has advanced rapidly, especially in capitals. A. The objective is to make INSPIRAMAIS an itinerant event, which will take place in all the main Brazilian hubs. In the case of Porto Alegre, the city is close to two important Brazilian footwear clusters, Vale do Sinos and Paranhana. The state capital also has the infrastructure to host an event the size of INSPIRAMAIS. Specifically about FIERGS, it is the headquarters of the Gaúcha Industry, which is among the main ones in Brazil. In a large space, with parking and security, which is only 10 minutes by car from the Porto Alegre international airport. Without a doubt, it will be a historic event.
A. We do not believe in this hypothesis, since they are different events. FIMEC is a great COMMERCIAL fair and INSPIRAMAIS focuses on FASHION launches. They are complementary and will undoubtedly strengthen even more the gaúcho hub.
