Why visit INSPIRAMAIS?
It will take place on January 25th and 26th, 2022, in person, at the FIERGS Events Center, just 10 minutes away from the Porto Alegre/RS airport.
The choice of the place was due to its proximity to important footwear clusters such as Vale do Sinos and Paranhana. In addition, the capital of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, has an adequate infrastructure of accommodation and services for visitors.
INSPIRAMAIS, known as the design, innovation and sustainability show, brings together selected suppliers, who make up a qualified offer in fashion content and concepts. For this reason, the event is a benchmark for trends and businesses, for the local and international industry, especially for Latin American countries.
After having been held for several years in São Paulo, simultaneously with Couromoda and Francal footwear fairs, INSPIRAMAIS opts for a new meeting point in Rio Grande do Sul, a state closely identified with footwear activity and strategically located with respect to production centers in Latin America.
Sustainability and Innovation will be the highlight of this edition, which will exhibit hides and skins, synthetics and textiles, components and accessories, and supplies and chemical products from 110 exhibiting companies. Previous calculations estimate to receive more than 7,000 visitors, including 50 international buyers from 10 countries (Argentina, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Portugal, Colombia, Mexico, Peru, India, United Kingdom, Paraguay and El Salvador) that make up the Buyer Project promoted by ASSINTECAL (Association of Brazilian Suppliers) in alliance with APEX-Brasil (Export Promotion Entity). The referred program provides support for tickets, accommodation and transportation for those interested in attending the event.
Along with the exhibition activity, INSPIRAMAIS will offer attendees a qualified program of 10 conferences on fashion, material trends, sustainability and innovation, which will also be broadcast on the Internet.
For the tranquility and safety of the visitors, the organizers of INSPIRAMAIS have taken all the necessary precautions for the personal care of the participants. They reported that on a total of 74% of those vaccinated with the first dose and 60% with the second dose, nationwide; in Rio Grande do Sul vaccination has been more advanced, registering 77% vaccinated with the first dose and 65% fully immunized.
To enter the event, the use of a mask will be required, alcohol gel will be available and the distance will be maintained. It will also be mandatory to present a complete vaccination card (two doses) or an updated PCR test.
By virtue of current legislation, for foreigners to enter Brazil, it is mandatory to present a document that certifies the completion of the RT-PCR laboratory test, to detect the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) coronavirus infection, with negative or non-reactive result, carried out in the seventy-two hours prior to boarding.
In consultation with the president of ASSINTECAL, Gerson Berwanger, about the proximity of dates of realization of INSPIRAMAIS (Suppliers in January 2022) in Porto Alegre/RS and FIMEC (Suppliers in March 2022) in Novo Hamburgo/RS, regarding the performance of both fairs, the leader expressed: “We do not believe that it will have an impact, since they are different events. FIMEC is a great COMMERCIAL fair and INSPIRAMAIS focuses on FASHION launches. They are complementary and will undoubtedly strengthen even more the gaúcho hub”.
