MICAM is awarded, which is preparing its live edition for March 2021
The International Creative Media Award -ICMA-, the renowned contest that rewards creativity in media and events, awarded MICAM, the international footwear fair in Milan, Italy, as the best social media project of 2020.
The creative idea debuted in February 2020 and was called #micamtales: a collection of fairy tales reinterpreted with a contemporary touch. The first was MICAM in Wonderland, a surreal transposition of the iconic tale in three chapters.
While preparations continue for the opening of MICAM Milano in March 2021, MICAM Milano Digital Show, the b2b digital platform launched in September 2020, will return next season to offer new business formulas in support of the entire industry, anticipating the benefits of the live fair with interesting opportunities for both manufacturers and buyers.
With more than 150 brands and 2500 unique professional visitors to the previous edition, the MICAM Milano Digital Show will be online from February 22nd to April 22nd, 2021, offering a new experience for operators, who will be able to use the virtual logo in their marketing and communication initiatives. Oriented to brand positioning, acquisition of new contacts and preparation of real orders.
"There has been a strong push towards this new digital exhibition paradigm as a result of the complex situation caused by the pandemic, which has brought out the best in all of us as we face new challenges," the MICAM statement highlighted.
Simultaneously with the different alternatives in force in digital channels, the MICAM Milano organization increases the dissemination and promotion campaign to achieve a massive participation of exhibitors and visitors in its next live edition on March 21st, 22nd and 23rd, 2021.
