After two consecutive suspensions, it will return in September 2021
The International Textile, Footwear and Accessories Show -MOMAD- which was suspended last September and rescheduled for February 2021, was again postponed, probably to September 2021.
Representatives of the Organizing Committee of the exhibition and IFEMA -Feria de Madrid- announced the new postponement, without giving a precise date of realization for 2021.
It is estimated that the measure was taken due to the current health crisis situation that Europe is going through due to Covid-19 and the time it will take to normalize post-pandemic activities.
The new suspension will allow its organizers to focus on the next version 2021.
Of global interest
The last February 2020 edition of MOMAD had the participation of 800 exhibiting firms and a concurrence of 15,225 visitors from 64 countries. This translated into 32% foreigners, representing Latin American countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico and Peru, as well as other nations of the world such as Russia, Germany, the United States, France, Italy and Portugal.
Thus, in addition to its internationalization, MOMAD also proposes a comprehensive offer, consisting of clothing, footwear and accessories.
