The 93rd edition of SAPICA will take place from August 12 to 14, 2025, at the Poliforum León in Guanajuato, organized by the Chamber of the Footwear Industry of the State of Guanajuato (CICEG).
For the Spring–Summer 2026 season, the trade fair will present a proposal highlighting the textures and essence of each material in convergence with footwear and leather. The program will also feature workshops and conferences with both Mexican and international speakers.
The agenda will include the Emerging Companies Pavilion, dedicated to new brands with growth potential, showcasing footwear, hats, and leather goods, as well as other creations from Guanajuato’s talent pool, providing visibility and market opportunities.
In every edition, SAPICA reaffirms its position as the most significant event for Mexico’s footwear and leather industry, both locally and in Latin America. The event hosts more than 380 exhibiting companies and 2,000 brands, attracting over 2,755 unique buyers from 20 countries.
The exhibition gathers over 90% of Mexico’s product offering in one venue, providing a platform to foster connections among manufacturers, buyers, professionals, and designers.
With a history spanning 50 years, SAPICA strengthens the link between producers and both domestic and international markets, reinforcing the positioning of Mexican brands, according to the organizers.
From August 13 to 15, 2025, the Latin American Footwear Forum will be held, driven by the Association of Latin American Footwear Chambers (ACCAL), with the goal of encouraging the exchange of experiences and integration.
The event will include meetings among chamber presidents; panels on technology, innovation, market trends, and sustainability; guided tours of the exhibition; and cultural activities in Guanajuato.
