SAPICA: Welcoming international buyers
The 91st edition of the Leather and Footwear Fair de México took place in mid-August at the Poliforum León exhibition center in Guanajuato.
This edition featured nearly 300 exhibitors, who welcomed more than 10,000 national visitors and buyers representing 87 international companies. Trends for the Spring/Summer 2025 season were showcased, and the fair was themed “Let’s Imagine Now,” a play on words referencing Artificial Intelligence (in Spanish).
The program included various activities such as SAPICA SESSIONS, featuring a success story; fashion and AI conferences; a panel of influencers; a talk by SHOES FROM MEXICO; keynote speeches on finance and motivational topics; a designer panel discussing the fashion industry; and entertainment events like the SAPICA Runway Show, the Cocktail-Networking event, and Rodeo Río Grande by SAPICA.
