The German shoe fair will take place between Sunday 5th, Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th March 2023 at the Areal Böhler exhibition center in the city of Düsseldorf. The first two days will take place between 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m., while the last day will go from 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The schedule is one of the novelties of the next edition. According to the head of SHOES DÜSSELDORF and Managing Director of the Igedo Company -Ulrike Kähler-: "Due to the very complex and tight schedule of the shoe industry, we will slightly adjust the opening hours from March 5th to 7th, 2023".
In addition, the return to the original days leaves without effect the advance dates planned for February 26th to 28th, in order to address the difficulties of the supply chain of the footwear sector. In this sense, the holding of the Euroshop fair and the increase in hotel prices encouraged the organizers to return to the usual March dates.
SHOES DÜSSELDORF will present the trends for Autumn/Winter 2023-2024, hand in hand with established companies and other new ones, with products focused on a medium to high price. The exhibition is oriented towards ordering and segmented into six categories: URBAN, CONTEMPORARY, PREMIUM, COMFORT, KIDS and ACCESSORIES.
The exhibition proposal will be complemented by a parallel program of an inspiring and informative nature, which includes round tables, forecasts and conferences on trends.
The last edition of the fair, which was held from August 28th to 30th, brought together exhibitors and visitors to learn about the proposals for Spring/Summer 2023, according to reports from the Igedo Company -organizer of the event-.
More than 600 brands participated, including 130 new ones, both local and foreign.
For its part, the exhibition was attended by visitors from Benelux, Switzerland, Austria and southern Europe, in addition to the German concurrence.
The collections for the Spring/Summer 2024 season will be presented between Sunday 27th, Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th August 2023.
