DASS continues to dismiss workers

At the beginning of June, a group of around 90 workers were dismissed from the Eldorado manufacturing plant -Misiones-, owned by the DASS firm and in which sneakers for the NIKE brand are produced.

Among the factors that drove the measure, the few possibilities offered by the market to place production, in addition to the shortage of orders. For this reason, the current production is approximately 9 thousand pairs of daily shoes, compared to 22,500 pairs of previous years. The number of operators decreased from 1,550 to 600.
