On April 30h, 2020, the Ministry of Production of the province of Entre Rios in Argentina, issued an order where exempted from compliance with the social, preventive and compulsory isolation, to personnel involved in the manufacture of footwear and apparel, along with five other industrial and commercial activities.
The measure applies only to the area of the province and the activities listed shall comply with the protocols submitted and approved by the authorities.
In Article 3 clarifies that exceptions may be rendered ineffective partially or totally under the recommendations of the COES -Organizing Committee for Health Emergencies- and the decision of the provincial health authority, according to the epidemiological evaluation of the Covid-19 pandemic.
