Imports of Brazilian footwear fell
In the first third of 2021, Argentina imported Brazilian footwear for a volume of 2.2 million pairs, which represented a decrease of 7.5% compared to the same period of the previous year. In relation to the invoiced value, the US $ 20.3 million was 20.7% less compared to January-March 2020.
The average value per pair also decreased, which contracted by 14.3% and reached US $ 9.17, according to ABICALÇADOS with data provided by SECEX.
