As one of the largest supplier fairs for the footwear and manufactured goods industries in the Americas, 22 Brazilian producers of materials, components, machinery, chemicals, and accessories participated in the 64th edition of ANPIC, held in León, Guanajuato, from October 23 to 25.
The presentation took place under the Brazilian Materials program, organized by ASSINTECAL, the Brazilian suppliers’ association, with the support of APEX, the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency.
In addition to the commercial activities of the exhibitors, Brazil’s participation featured consultant Marnei Carminatti from ASSINTECAL’s Design and Research Center, who provided an overview of the products showcased at the most recent edition of INSPIRAMAIS, the Brazilian suppliers’ event held in Brazil. Carminatti highlighted the predominant trends in the fashion industry.
According to Luiz Ribas Júnior, International Market Manager at ASSINTECAL, national participation, even during periods of lower international demand, is essential for market sustainability. “With expectations of improved exports, the Latin American market should expand its presence in the foreign trade of our companies,” he stated. In addition to Mexican buyers, the fair received visitors from 18 other countries, mostly from Latin America.
The Brazilian companies that participated with the support of Brazilian Materials were:
Biatex, Fibertex, Usicon, Jotaclass, WS Metais, Artecola, Retma, Maquetec, Killing, Plastiluzzi, KSD, GP Matrizes, Primus Têxtil, Usitec, Rodamatrizes, Topcut, Tecmec, Reginato, Seta, Eva Formula, OTB and Arizona.
