From January to June 2022, sales abroad of Brazilian skins and leather reached 73.5 million square meters, for a value of US$ 666.4 million, according to figures provided by SECEX, prepared and disseminated by CICB.
In relation to the same six months of 2021, volume had a negative variation of 19.5%, while value decreased by 1.9%. In addition, compared to the period corresponding to 2020, there was a fall of 5.5% and an increase of 48.1%, respectively.
