The entry of imported footwear decreased

The volume of footwear entered in Brazil was 20.4 million pairs, for a value of US$ 267.1 million. The figures correspond to the period January-November 2021 and, compared to the same months of the previous year, they showed decreases of 17.5% and 10.6%, respectively.

The negative variations are also reflected in the comparison with the same months of 2019. The volume fell by 21.9% and the value, 22.6%, according to SECEX data released by ABICALÇADOS.
