CAN member countries will share labeling

From the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MINCIT) of Colombia, reported the application of a common labeling among some members of the Andean Community (CAN). Laura Valdivieso Jiménez -Foreign Trade vice minister- explained that the technical criteria were standardized on the label corresponding to footwear and clothing.

The measure was incorporated by Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru, in order to simplify export procedures, while reducing costs, reported from MINCIT.
