Joint work for smuggling

The Fiscal and Customs Police (POLFA), together with the Colombian Association of Footwear and Leather Manufacturers (ACICAM), instructed 39 of its agents in relation to imported footwear and leather goods that enter under the underbilling modality or smuggling.

At the meeting, emphasis was placed on the need for product labeling to be monitored by POLFA. In addition, the situation of the sector was addressed, in terms of employment, production and sales, reported from ACICAM.
