Footwear industry requires work flexibility
An interview between newspaper El Mercurio and president of the National Institution of Footwear -Lilia Villavicenció referred to the demand for work flexibility. Among the leader arguments, requirement to the state is based on the fact that the footwear industry does not have stable production throughout the year, but has certain periods with greater intensity. In this regard, she requested to contemplate this characteristic.
Villavicencio explained that flexibility is necessary before some dates such as the ephemeris, beginning of seasons and school period, etc. which require work paid per hour.
