Footwear sold abroad (except slippers) registered a 19% increase in the first eight months of 2021 and compared to the same period of the previous year. The total value of what was exported was € 2,570 million.
As for leather goods, the € 6,310 million represented a 34% growth, according to figures from the Conseil National du Cuir -CNC-.
