The volume of footwear entered into Germany in 2020 was 636 million pairs, this is 14% less compared to 2019. In turn, the value stood at € 10 billion, with which there was a fall of 7,3%, as reported by HDS/L.

Under the quantity variable, the largest supplier of footwear was China, which represented 42.7% of the total entered, while Vietnam had a 16.5% share, according to data provided by the Federal Statistical Office.
