LOUIS VUITTON adds manufacturing plant in Italy
The industrial hub of Civitanova has been chosen as the location for the new workshop of the French luxury brand. The factory commenced its production process on March 12th, specializing in footwear manufacturing.
Situated in the Le Marche region, the infrastructure covers an area of 10,000 square meters. Currently, it employs 70 artisans out of a total of 90 employees, with projections to increase the number of workers in the future.
This industrial plant is the second in the country to produce footwear for the brand, in addition to the one they own in Fiesso d’Artico in the Veneto region.
The LVMH Group, owner of LOUIS VUITTON, has also chosen Italy for the manufacture of shoes for the brands LORO PIANA and FENDI.
