APIMEX ratified its president for a second term
Fernando Padilla Padilla will serve his second term in the Association of Industrial Supplier Companies of Mexico (APIMEX). Leading the Council, the leader was reconfirmed by a majority of votes from the Assembly members.
Padilla stated that infrastructure, educational offerings and energy development must be pursued in order to benefit from investment opportunities and companies arriving in the country. These initiatives should be a collaborative effort between the government and the business community.
The investments could amount to $60 billion to $150 billion in the next ten years, for which the leader urges the members to ensure that Canada and the United States are primarily supplied by Mexico.
