At the end of last January, the Association of Industrial Supplier Companies of Mexico (APIMEX) announced the appointment of Ana María Carpio Mendoza to occupy the executive presidency.
The position had been vacant since Guillermo Romero Pacheco left it a few months ago, to serve as Secretary of Economic Reactivation of León.
“My work will focus on seeking the development and strengthening of the industry, above all, the supply sector that we proudly represent, all this, through the implementation of programs, policies and relationships, always seeking to serve, represent and strengthen APIMEX Members”, assured Carpio, who was chosen to consolidate both the entity and the supply industry.
David Novoa Toscano -president of the Executive Council-, added: "We need an outstanding figure that is our face in different scenarios and that also reaffirms the importance that APIMEX has within the industrial and business sector not only in our city and our state, but nationally and internationally".
Ana María Carpio is an intern for a degree in Public Accounting and has a degree in Business Administration. In addition, she is a coach at an executive, ontological and business level and has completed various diploma courses and master's degrees.
In the public sphere, she held the position of councilor of the city council of León and president of the Tourism and Innovation Commissions, in addition to other functions, as reported by APIMEX.
