Searching for trained personnel

Around 5.000 people are needed in various areas for the production of footwear in Jalisco. A missing one that is noticed in the last six months by the migration of footwear operators to other work areas, due to various sector crises in the past. The requested positions of skilled labor are for assembling, cutting and especially stitching.

CICEJ executives said that the sector has good salaries, but currently the amount of available trainees is still insufficient in the industry.
