Third APIMEX Congress: a knowledge and business forum

The locality of Puerto Vallarta in Jalisco was the headquarters of the "APIMEX Congress, industry with a vision for the future", which was organized by the Association of Industrial Supplier Companies of Mexico (APIMEX).

The third edition of the event took place between September 26 and 29, with the participation of entrepreneurs from different origins who had the possibility to exchange information, network, train themselves and create potential businesses.

Among the representatives of entities of the leather-footwear industry, the director of the Brazilian Association of Leather, Footwear and Artifact Component Companies (ASSINTECAL) -Ilse María Biason- was present, who spoke on the strength of the sector through cooperation between associations and chambers. In addition, the director of the National Association of Italian Manufacturers of Machinery and Accessories for Tanning and Manufacture of Footwear and Leather Goods (ASSOMAC) -Gabriella Marchioni Bocca- highlighted the incorporation of green systems in its industrial sector, reported from APIMEX.
