Working conditions improve in the footwear industry
The loss that the footwear sector had as a result of the pandemic is around 15,000 job sources, according to figures provided by IMSS. In addition, the latest information from the organization indicates that at the end of the year, the shortage was 3,000 workers on average.
The problem that employers now face is finding staff, within the framework of a reactivation registered in the footwear industry. For this, producers have not only optimized salaries, but also provide extra bonuses, transport, and other benefits for employees.
The objective of these actions is to reduce the rotation of jobs and attract new staff.
