Imports fell in volume

A volume of 88.2 million pairs entered Spain during the first four months of the year, for a total of € 937.8 million. Compared to January-April 2020, the amount of imports decreased by 4.8%, while business increased by 2.7%, according to data provided by the General Directorate of Customs.

The average value stood at € 10.60 per pair.

From China, 50.7 million pairs entered Spain; from Vietnam 8.3 million; from Bangladesh 3.8 million and from Belgium 3.6 million pairs.
