World Footwear Congress: New edition in November
The 7th edition of the World Footwear Congress will take place from November 7th to 9th in the city of Istanbul, Turkey. The event will be held under the theme "Reshaping the Future", and the proceeds will be dedicated to helping footwear sector members rebuild their businesses, which were affected by the earthquake last February.
The program will focus on topics such as "Responding to Consumers’ Demands", "Business Manufacturing Strategies for the New World", "A Sustainable and Circular Industry for People and the Planet", and "Reimagining the Future Workforce".
The congress is organized by the European Confederation of the Footwear Industry (CEC) and the Turkish Footwear Industry Association (TASD), as reported by both entities.
