Cooperation between footwear technology centers

On last November 25, during the General Assembly of the European Confederation of the Footwear Industry (CEC) it was decided to establish a platform that brings together various technological centers of the continent. The purpose of the project is for the consumer to access footwear with a European identity and superior value.

Cooperation in relation to knowledge and research in the footwear industry was assumed by the institutions of Portugal, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Poland. In this sense, competitiveness, business models and innovation will be developed through the joint and collaborative work of the entities, as reported from CEC.
