Footwear: Positive projections for the second semester
The survey carried out and released by World Footwear for the first semester of 2023 indicated a projected average increase of 3% in the number of pairs of footwear sold in the following six months.
The Business Conditions Survey also determined that the most pessimistic among the respondents were North Americans and Europeans. In this regard, around 33% opted for a moderate decrease.
Regarding the variation in footwear prices, an average increase of 7.3% is estimated, with positive expectations from over 75% of the interviewees.
