Leather exports decline in value
Exports of LEATHER AND ITS MANUFACTURED GOODS experienced a 7% decline in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the same period last year.
In this context, business transactions reached US$ 30 million, which is US$ 2 million less than in 2023, according to figures from the National Customs Directorate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
In total exports, the sector has a participation of 1%, as reported by Uruguay XXI.
