Leather exports grow
Foreign sales of LEATHER AND ITS MANUFACTURES, including free trade zones, totaled US$ 141 million as of November 2022.
Compared to the US$ 136 million reached in the interim of 2021, the variation was positive by 4%, according to figures provided by the National Customs Directorate of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, prepared and disseminated by Uruguay XXI.
On the other hand, the item CLOTHING, FOOTWEAR AND OTHER TEXTILES registered a fall of 5%, with exports worth US$ 30 million.
