HUNTER: New alliance for the Asian market


One of the leaders in e-commerce in Asia, BAOZUN, will take charge of the business for the renowned boot brand in the region.

BAOZUN, a highly recognized company in the e-commerce and digital experiences sector, has acquired 51% of the intellectual property of the renowned boot brand HUNTER.

The partnership between Authentic Brands Group (ABG) and Baozun, under the subsidiary ABG Hunter LLC, will focus on HUNTER's business in Southeast Asia and Greater China. Additionally, the company will have exclusive licensing rights in China for the design, production, marketing, and distribution of the brand, as reported by ABG.
